Frustrated? In Idaho, you can pay to break stuff
Frustrated over that big tax bill? In Idaho, you can actually pay to break stuff.
It's called Das Breakroom, and it just opened in Boise this week.
Customers pay $3 to break one item, with prices going up as you smash more items or if you want to break something bigger.
Among the junk available for smashing? Windows, keyboards, cellphones, dishes, computers, vacuum cleaners and even furniture.
It may sound like mindless violence, but it worked for at least one customer.
"I was having a horrible week, and I found myself on the verge of tears," Lindsey Shultz told Boise TV station KBOI. "I was just pacing back and forth, like, 'What am I going to do? I'm so frustrated right now,' and I walked here and broke an entire box of stuff, and 10 minutes later, I felt perfect, fine."
