APD Responds to Male Injured in Spenard Stabbing
Anchorage police are responding to a stabbing in the Spenard area Wednesday afternoon.
Police were informed of the victim, at an apartment building on the 1600 block of West 33rd Avenue, just west of Minnesota Drive north of its intersection with Spenard Road, at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
An officer at the scene confirmed that a male victim had been stabbed, adding that officers suspect he was attacked at another location over a possible drug deal. He said the victim was talking at the scene.
