As part of my New Year's Resolution, I am trying to bring lunch from home more. I have been doing the Mason jar salad method-- made popular on Pinterest- and am loving it.
All you have to do is put the heaviest stuff on the bottom and work your way up, and it doesn't get soggy.
Here I have salad dressing on the bottom, then grapes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and spinach. Then just dump it into a bowl at work and you're all set for a healthy lunch.
