ANCHORAGE -

In a dominating start to a three game road series, the Aces received first period goals from Peter Sivak, Turner Elson, Jordan Morrison, and Brendan Connolly as Alaska raced out to a 4-0 lead and never looked back in a 5-1 road victory over Las Vegas on Friday night.  With the victory, the Aces improve to 4-0-1 on their season ending 10 game road trip.

Alaska also secures a fourth consecutive ECHL Mountain Division crown with the win.  Of greater concern is the race for the Brabham Cup, the league's top overall point total and playoff seed.  The Aces improve to a league best 43-17-6 and lead the Ontario Reign  by three points for the top seed.

Sivak's goal was his 28th of the season, most on the Aces.  Morrison enjoyed a teriffic night with a goal and two assists.  Aaron Crandall collected the win in net with 28 saves.  Alaska outshot Las Vegas 51-29.
